With 4 locations in the Bay Area, Amber India, the first restaurant to introduce “Butter Chicken” over twenty-five years ago, has become a Bay Area legacy, paving the way for elevated Indian cuisine. Their menu is prepared fresh daily using ingredients selected with an eye toward sustainability and a focus on local purveyors.
