Lavash

Located in the Inner Sunset, Lavash is a family-owned Persian-Iranian restaurant. With a reputation for paying attention to seasoning details, using fresh herbs, and serving high-quality meat and vegetables, it's no wonder that Lavash is no longer San Francisco's best-kept secret.

Lavash's menu offers a range of Appetizers (like Tadig - saffron flavored crispy golden rice), Soup & Salad (including a hearty lentil soup), Khoresh (stews served with Basmati Rice), Jeweled Rice (which may include raisins, lentils, sauteed onions, spiced chicken, barberries, orange peel, and cinnamon) and Sides (such as rice or a skewer of prawns).

Note, that the food is traditional and the style can be rice-heavy.Items to be warmed. Instructions included.

Zachary’s Chicago Pizza

Zachary’s Chicago Pizza

Not to be confused with “Sicilian” style, “Stuffed Crust” or other “deep dish” pizzas, Zachary’s Stuffed Chicago Style pizza is something else altogether. A thin layer of their house-made pizza dough is tucked into a deep-dish pizza pan. They fill the pie with the highest quality cheese and other fresh toppings. Another thin layer of dough is then added to cover the filling. The pizza is topped with their zesty, diced tomato sauce and is slowly cooked. The top layer of dough will melt into the cheese and seal in flavor as their flaky, buttery crust bakes until it is golden brown.

Zachary’s Thin Style pizza is a great choice for those who prefer a more traditional pizza. Their fresh, house-made pizza dough is rolled to a moderate thickness and dusted with cornmeal. A specially seasoned, hearty diced tomato sauce is then added.

Orders close Monday at 6pm. Woodside pickup time: 5-5:45pm; Los Altos pickup time: 5:15-6pm; Palo Alto pickup time: 5:30-6:15pm.

Pizzas are half-baked. Baking instructions are included.

Marufuku Ramen

Marufuku Ramen is one of the Bay Area’s top spots for ramen. Founded in 2017, the restaurant is best known for its hakata-style tonkotsu ramen, which hails from Japan’s Fukuoka prefecture and is typified by a milky pork bone broth and thin, straight noodles. Marufuku boils its soup base for 20 hours and offers its ramen at various spice levels, from zero to “ultra spicy”.

In addition to the classic tonkotsu, the menu also features vegetarian ramen and a deluxe chicken-based version that’s available in limited quantities. Rice bowls are also offered and there’s also a good selection of premium sake and Japanese beersOrders close Monday at 6pm (unless we sell out first!)

Nopalito

The story of Nopalito started in the small village of El Aguila in the coastal city of Catemaco in Veracruz, Mexico, where chef/owner Gonzalo Guzman first learned to cook from his mother Alicia. As the eldest of three, Gonzalo worked in the fields, learning to grow corn, beans, chiles, and tomatoes, and preparing meals for his family. From a very young age, he established a connection with the land and developed a deep appreciation for the ingredients, traditions, and techniques of Mexican cooking.

In 2009, the dream of Nopalito took shape. Nopalito combines traditional, from scratch Mexican cooking with the vibrant, local ingredients of the Bay Area.
